The terms and conditions mentioned below will be beneficial for both parties involved.
1. DEFINITIONS
- CLIENT: Any person who join / subscribe our institute and / or accept / agree / sign our terms and condition by online / offline way for the purpose of therapy / training course / tour / workshop / seminar / webinar (For Tangible / Intangible product) is called CLIENT here
- SUBSCRIBER: Any person who share his / her contact details directly / indirectly (Via Just Dial, India Mart etc.) with our institute and / or accept / agree / sign our terms and condition by any online / offline way is called subscriber here.
- AFFILIATE: Any individual or entity signing up and/or participating in the affiliate program, promoting institute products or services.

1) Indian Hypnosis Institute -(IHI) : Registered No,. UDYAM-GJ-24-0068302 under Ministry Of MSME, Government Of India. & Reg.No. B-26/60463, VMC.
2) Maunangini Education Charitable Trust : Reg. No. E/5985/Vadodara. - PRODUCT: Our institute provides both kinds of services: Tangible and Intangible
- Tangible Product: It includes selling or sharing of audio, video, document, software related to our training course / therapy / workshop / seminar by using any data drive / online link / Digital Media.
- Intangible Product: It includes online training courses and therapeutic session by using digital media technology / webinar technology. It also covers offline face to face training course and therapy at our centers. Affiliation program 'Grow Together' is covered under this.
2. AGREEMENT
- Hear by we both CLIENT / SUBSCRIBER / AFFILIATE and INSTITUTE are mutually agree to follow the under maintained business policies / terms and conditions. By accepting / signing this agreement CLIENT / SUBSCRIBER /AFFILIATE is ready to use the PRODUCT provided by INSTITUTE. And INSTITUTE is agreeing to provide the PRODUCT / SERVICE selected by the client.
3. SUBSCRIPTION POLICY
- By joining / subscribing, CLIENT / SUBSCRIBER agrees to receive e-mail, sms, massage, post from INSTITUTE on there shared contact details in any format like text, image, video, link, document.
- By joining / subscribing, CLIENT / SUBSCRIBER permitting to INSTITUTE to send e-mail, sms, massage, post on his / her shared contact details via any online / offline platform.
- To stop receiving e-mail / sms / massage / post, client / subscriber needs to unsubscribe themselves by clicking on unsubscribe link / visiting institute’s website www.indianhypnosis.com
4. PAYMENT POLICY
- Any person can join our institute and enjoy our tangible and intangible products by paying us online via using our secure payment getaway or offline at our centers in cash / d.d. / chaque.
- All government taxes / charges are not included in our fees structure. Client need to pay it at the time of full payment.
- Accommodation and food will be managed by the client or he / she need to pay extra for that.
- To confirm your registration / seat / appointment, client need to pay minimum 25% amount or full amount of selected product / service. (For Intangible Product)
- To confirm your registration / seat / appointment, client need to register his / her name before the last date declared by the institute or minimum 15 days before in advance. (For Intangible Product)
- All payment must be done in advance before starting our online or offline services. (For Intangible Product)
- After full payment for purchasing our product, institute will deliver the same within 15 working days in India. (For Tangible Product)
5. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
- If you missed to attend your registered / conformed course / therapy / tour / workshop / seminar then we will give you another chance to attend the same program in our next schedule. We will adjust your paid amount in that. (For Intangible Product)
- If any client wants to cancel his / her registration then he / she must inform to institute before minimum 10 days in advance from the starting date of event / course / program. In such case institute will charge and deduct 10% amount of the total value of selected product. And rest amount will be refunded to the client. (For Intangible Product)
- If any client discontinues the event / course / program / therapy / tour from any mid-point then institute is not responsible for any kind of refund to the client. (For Intangible Product)
- Once our product is ordered / delivered it is not reversible. No cancellation or refund available for our book / audio / video / software etc. (For Tangible Product)
- If institute fails to deliver selected product to the client within prescribed time limitation, then client has right to cancel the same and to get 100% refund of the paid amount. (For Tangible Product)
- If delivered product is having any defect then client has right to complaint in institute for change / replace the same. Institute is bound to change / replace the same product to the client without any extra cost. (For Tangible Product)
- Institute shall not be responsible to client / student / patient for any damage or injury in person or property in the event of any stampede, disruption, civil commotion (riot) caused due to individual quarrel, dispute or act of God / natural events such as rain, fire, earthquake etc.
6. PRIVACY POLICY
- At our institute, your privacy is very important. Your submitted information in our institute like your name, address, e-mail, contact details, payment details as well as some other details regarding your personal and professional life, may help us to assist you batter. We do NOT sell or share this information or data to any advertiser / third party. It’s completely safe with us.
- All the contents / theme / videos / images / Logo / ideas available on our website www.indianhypnosis.com are the intellectual property of our institute. To copy and utilize these for other purpose without our prior permission is legal offence.

7. CONSENT OF CLIENT
- The information provided by me regarding myself and about my problems / purpose is true and correct to the best of my knowledge.
- I also admit that I have read and understood all the information in details provided by the INSTITUTE / concerned expert of the therapy /course / organizer and I am aware of the procedure and the result of treatment / course to be given to me / selected by me.
- I am giving my consent willingly to the expert / therapist / doctor / trainer and his / her assistant appointed by the INSTITUTE for my treatment / problem solution / counseling / training course.
- I know that this INSTITUTE provides completely non allopathic, drug less and natural therapy / course. So there is no possibility of any kind of negative effect from it. In case of any kind of unexpected and unavoidable result / risk, neither the INSTITUTE nor the expert / therapist / doctor / assistant will be responsible for that, I declare
- I say and submit that , I will not suppress any kind of fact regarding my disease / disorders / medicines / psychological problems / personal and professional problems during my case study / therapy / course.
- I assure to complete the course / therapeutic session selected by me / suggested by the institute / expert. In case of my failure to continue the course / treatment within prescribed time, I will be responsible for all the consequences.
- I am giving surety to institute that, I will not share / sell any kind of Course material/ therapeutic material and “Audio / Video data” created during training course / workshop / seminar / tour to anyone. All such data I will use only for myself purpose.
- I promise to co-operate trainer / therapist / organizer / institute to achieve the best result and to maintain discipline and harmony.
8. DECLARATION BY INSTITUTE
- Hear we want to clarify our clients that we are not medical doctors and we are not using / applying any kind of medical treatment like medicine, injection, chemical, drugs, surgery during our training course / therapy / workshop / seminar / tour. We apply / use only natural psychological sciences.
- We are assuring our clients for our best services / training course / therapy. But on another side it is the duty of client to follow all that knowledge / science / procedure in to his / her practical life to achieve desired result. If he / she fails to do so, institute is not responsible.
- We do not charge for repetition of the course which is already completed by the student earlier. But he / she need to pay some basic charge for their seat, food, up gradation.
- In case of any mischief / illegal activity / fraud / misbehave / disobey by the client, institute is having right to cancel his / her registration immediately. Institute may take legal action against the client in such case.
- Institute is having right to change or modify any fees structure, business policies (terms and conditions) and product related services anytime without any notice to the client.
- We do not cover any kind of health insurance, life insurance or insurance for personal property damage caused by fire, theft, rain, war, acts of god, acts of other and or any other losses of client. Institute is hereby advice to client to obtain his own insurance policy to cover such losses.
9. AFFILIATE PROGRAM / REFER AND EARN
- You are NOT permitted to conduct email promotions in a 3rd-party system – all email contacts MUST be your OWN opt-in email list. You cannot buy solo ads, use safe lists, use spam techniques, or anything similar.
- You must NOT run “negative” PPC, iframe, advertising, or SEO campaigns such as “Product / Service name/author name scam” or any other method to attract controversial clickthrough rates that an ordinary person would deem to portray a negative view of the product / Service. This creates a bad image for our institute and the individuals featured in the products / services and you will be terminated from the program instantly.
- You cannot earn commission on your own purchase. Any ‘self’ purchase commission may be clawed back.
- Sites promoting INDIAN HYPNOSIS INSTITUTE must have their own branding and be clearly identified as an affiliate. You must NOT clone any part of the official INDIAN HYPNOSIS INSTITUTE site or create a similar layout or offer which may confuse or mislead visitors into thinking it is the official site.
- You are not permitted to use any domain names containing the words INDIAN HYPNOSIS or any variation on the name which infringes on our brand unless specially agreed with us in advance.
- You are not permitted to provide rebate offers of any kind. We don’t entertain traffic via coupon or discount websites, Google Ad’s & Bing Ad’s marketing by our affiliates.
- “Cookie stuffing” or any other similar method of cookie manipulation will result in an immediate ban from our affiliate program and could result in us pursuing legal action to reclaim falsely claimed affiliate commissions and or damages.
- You are not permitted to run any paid ad campaigns that conflict with INDIAN HYPNOSIS INSTITUTE’S own brand advertising, including the purchase of ads for www.indianhypnosis.com.
- For affiliates residing in India, please note that the commission amount paid to you will include an 18% GST. To process your payment, you will need to provide us with an invoice that includes your PAN card number and GST number (if applicable). Please be aware that all commission payments will be subject to a 5% TDS deduction. However, we will deposit the TDS tax payment for commission earned against your PAN number on your behalf. If you do not fall under the tax bracket, you may claim a refund from the government.
- Affiliate payments to qualifying affiliates (see above) are made automatically through INDIAN HYPNOSIS INSTITUTE via PayPal. You must have an active PayPal account to receive commissions and always abide by their rules.
- We run a legitimate business, which means that we always correctly illustrate and represent our product(s) / service(s) and their features and benefits to the customer. Please make sure you do the same. Anyone found using misleading claims, inaccurate information, or false testimonials (or anything that does not comply with FTC guidelines) will have their affiliate account revoked immediately.
- We cannot take responsibility for you using your affiliate link or ID incorrectly, nor for any loss of sales resulting from this or from incorrectly typed affiliate URLs. Please make sure you double-check that your affiliate link and information are correct.
- We want you to get the credit you deserve, so ensure you are collecting & placing links correctly from your site to our pages on indianhypnosis.com. When a customer finds INDIAN HYPNOSIS INSTITUTE through your affiliate links and completes a purchase, we’ll count that as your referral. Just remember: if you don’t use your unique affiliate links to promote INDIAN HYPNOSIS INSTITUTE, we won’t be able to track your successful referrals and give you credit. So always make sure to use your affiliate links whenever you’re promoting INDIAN HYPNOSIS INSTITUTE. We use cookies for tracking which have a 90-day cookie window.
- Affiliate payments to qualifying affiliates (see above) are made automatically through INDIAN HYPNOSIS INSTITUTE via PayPal only. You must have an active PayPal account to receive commissions and always abide by their rules. We may also pay commissions to Indian affiliates in their Indian bank accounts in INR. For Indian affiliates, all commissions generated are inclusive of GST payment. If you are a company or individual with GST number, you will be required to deposit the GST amount for the respective payment. Our Company Name is INDIAN HYPNOSIS INSTITUTE. PAN Number is_________. Our GST number is ______________.
- INDIAN HYPNOSIS INSTITUTE reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if it is deemed to have suspicious activity or any type of activity that could be considered fraudulent or not in line with our business ethics.
- Please note that we generate a monthly payout report on the 15th of each month, which we use to review earned commissions. As this process may take some time, you can expect to receive your commission within 15-20 days of report generation. It is important to note that, to receive a commission, the referred account must remain active for a minimum of 60 days. We appreciate your participation in our affiliate program, and we are committed to providing prompt and accurate payouts for all eligible referrals.
- In order to claim the commission payout, you may be requested to manually issue the invoice. The payout won’t be made until the proper invoice is received. Note that If our payment processor charges payment processing fees for the commission payments, you are responsible for paying these fees.
- If you are banned due to a violation of any of the mentioned terms, we won’t pay you any current payments on your balance or future payments for your referral’s purchases. All payments will be stopped immediately. We also do not provide refunds if you abuse our affiliate program.
- The affiliate Program may not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and you must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
- Either you or we may end this Affiliate Program at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party a written notice. Written notice shall be in the form of an email.
- If you fail to follow the terms and conditions of this document, we reserve the right to terminate your participation in the INDIAN HYPNOSIS INSTITUTE Grow Together / Affiliate / Refer and Earn Program. We will do everything possible to contact the affiliate prior to the ban. However, we reserve the right to eliminate any violator from our Affiliate Program without prior notice, and on the first occurrence of such prohibited behaviour.
9.1 Affiliates might not be credited for a sale if
- The customer’s web browser does not accept “cookies”. The affiliate feature can only work if a browser accepts cookies. (Unless you are using a exclusive affiliate referral coupon).
- The sale was refunded – when that happens affiliate commission is refunded as well.
- The customer did not buy the product within 90 days of clicking the affiliate link. Our cookies expire after 90 days.
- The customer clicked a different affiliate’s link after they clicked yours, and bought the product. We follow the “Last Click” model. That means, the last affiliate link, clicking on which the customer has made the sale, will be recorded in the system.
9.2 Verification of Affiliate Referral Sources
- To ensure eligibility for commission payments, it is mandatory for affiliates to have their referral sources verified. Affiliates can accomplish this by providing the sources that generate their affiliate payments. Failure to respond to the affiliate referral source verification email will result in the affiliate being ineligible to receive commissions for any referrals generated during that particular period. We will send two emails to the affiliate: the initial referral source verification email and a follow-up email. If the affiliate fails to respond to either email within 7 days, their future commissions may not be generated, and any existing commissions may be forfeited.
- Please note that we may request verification of the sources used to promote our products at any time. If it is determined that legitimate evidence cannot be provided, INDIAN HYPNOSIS INSTITUTE reserves the right to immediately terminate your participation in the INDIAN HYPNOSIS INSTITUTE Affiliate / Refer and Earn Program. In such a case, you will not receive any pending payments or future payments for purchases made by your referrals.
9.3 Commission Void
- Affiliate commissions will be automatically voided if they remain unclaimed. Additionally, affiliate commissions will be voided if the affiliate engages in any fraudulent activity or fails to provide proper evidence of the referral source for the generated commission.
9.4 Affiliate Verification Criteria
- The verification process for affiliates will be based on the following situations:
- An affiliate will also be considered verified if their referral source has been successfully verified.
9.5 Criteria for Referral Source Verification
- To qualify as a verified referral source, proper evidence must be shared during the verification process.
- Referral sources obtained through word-of-mouth publicly or personal customer referrals will be considered verified only when one of the following conditions is met:
- The customer being referred confirms that the affiliate referred them.
- The affiliate provides screenshots or links that support the referral source.
- We reserve the right to contact the affiliate anytime to verify the referral source.
9.6 Account Suspension
- Affiliates discovered engaging in activities that violate our affiliate policy will face account suspension. Any affiliates found employing prohibited methods, such as brand bidding or running unauthorized advertisements, will be blocked.
- The following activities are strictly forbidden and may lead to immediate account suspension. Please note that once an affiliate’s account is suspended, it cannot be reopened under any circumstances and all the commission associated with that account will also be voided.
- We may modify any of the terms and conditions in this document at any time at our sole discretion. In such an event, you will be notified by email. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only option is to end the Affiliate Program. Your continued participation in the INDIAN HYPNOSIS INSTITUTE Affiliate / Refer and Earn Program will indicate your agreement to the changes.
10. LEGAL DISPUTE
- In case of any kind of dispute arise between institute and client, it is the responsibility of client to discuss about the matter with the key person (Main Office) for batter solution.
- In case of any legal proceeding, jurisdiction will be Vadodara, Gujarat.
